The team arrived safely last night at 5pm Jordan time. The time difference is 8 hours so it was 9am Central. We had a few adventures along on the way.

Here is a before and after of Calvin: very excited before the trip and really tired after. He did great on the plane, only crying a little bit. We are all still trying to adjust from jet lag, especially Calvin...he kept David and I up for hours at a time last night!
Today was our first day out and about. The team met with our Iraqi friends to go over the plan for Summer Sizzle this week (our version of VBS). We also went out to invite families to come. Tonight we will have an official country orientation and then go to church. We are looking forward to being a blessing to the Iraqis and the people of Jordan!

Just know that there are many people praying for you all and for those you are ministering to while in Jordan!!
